By Her Hand (by Jolynne M Hudnell)

Jolynne M Hudnell
daylight shroud
around her breath
even the air is dank
buttonholes string along
the story ever sung
even now as her dreams
are woven by her hand
as she sings of healing
peace love and flower petals
the lightshade shines fresh
and new for each moment
she makes the way
of the wild as they call her name
in the wind
Jolynne M Hudnell writes cryptic poetry and flow poetry, draws with oil pastels, crochets doilies and creates sculptures with recycled materials. Originally from Elyria and now based in Athens, Ohio, Jolynne is a freelance writer and the author of Beyond the Sun: The Collection.
