In the video, it sounds like she's saying "unsaid" - but the word she's using (and I didn't realize it til reading her book) is actually "un-set."
...as in "what is un-set matters so oddly"

Oh.. thanks.... I noticed a word in the canary one I misheard too so thanks for clarifying that.
Unsaid and unset sound an awful lot alike but mean something so wholly different.
