LOL.. not in Detroit he wouldn't it might take as long as 2 hours!! Response times are slow here for everything.. methinks especially for the "devil". :-)
He reminds me of Spike Lee.

WEll in Ferndale response time is minutes.., Detroit city limits .. honestly days sometimes.
I remember when we lived in Detroit when we first were married our house was broken into and robbed. We could not even get the police to come to the house to fill out a report. We had to go to the station ourselves to file report. No police EVER showed up. Not a lot in the big D. has changed in those 20 yrs.

He started out as LeRoi Jones, before choosing his current name.
He stirred up quite a bit of controversy with the following poem, written a month after 9/11:
